Stacy Ginkel
Founder & President

Stacy Ginkel is the Founder and President of KJ Consulting & Environmental Services, LLC, bringing more than 25 years of expertise in the heavy highway and infrastructure industry. Throughout her career, she has built a strong reputation for delivering exceptional construction inspection and management services on large-scale projects, including major interstate highways, bridges, and municipal streetscapes.

Her leadership experience ranges from serving as a field office manager on complex bridge projects to working as a CM/CI Regional Manager for a leading A/E firm. Stacy holds multiple industry certifications and remains actively involved in professional organizations such as ASHE, ACEC, and WTS. Her contributions to the field include serving as President of the Franklin ASHE Chapter, as a member of the ASHE National Board, and on the Oil Region Alliance Board. She is dedicated to staying ahead of industry trends and best practices, ensuring KJ Consulting remains a trusted partner in infrastructure development.

Outside of her professional work, Stacy is a dedicated runner who has completed more than 30 half marathons. She also values time with her family and grandchildren and contributes to her community as a board member of the Venango County Humane Society.


John “Wes” Ginkel
Senior Construction Manager

With more than 37 years of experience in construction inspection and management, Wes brings a wealth of expertise to every project he leads. His extensive career includes oversight of large-scale, complex infrastructure initiatives for clients such as PennDOT (across multiple districts), the Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission, the Ohio Turnpike, and numerous county and local municipalities.

Wes’ project portfolio spans major interstate corridors, including I-90, I-80, I-79, I-83, and I-76, as well as county-owned bridge replacements. Known for his hands-on leadership and deep industry knowledge, he has played a pivotal role in training and mentoring the next generation of inspectors and inspection supervisors.

Since achieving his NICET Level IV certification in 1998, Wes has been a valued leader in the field, recognized for his commitment to quality, safety, and innovation. He currently serves as Transportation Manager for the SR6 project in Meadville, PA, under PennDOT District 1-0.

Beyond inspection management, Wes has contributed to a wide range of project support activities, including constructability reviews, schedule monitoring, minority business participation oversight, and the development of training programs – making him a trusted asset on any team.

Outside of work, Wes enjoys spending quality time with his family and staying active in the great outdoors. He’s an avid hunter, enjoys boating, and takes pride in his yard.  A dedicated family man, he values the time he shares with his wife, children, and grandchildren.


Georgia Rosatti
Construction Services Manager - Western Pennsylvania

Georgia is the Construction Services Manager at KJ Consulting & Environmental Services, LLC, and she brings nearly ten years of experience in the heavy highway and construction industry. As a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh, she began her career in the field in 2018 as a construction materials tester, which eventually developed into transportation construction inspection on PennDOT projects. In her position with KJ, Georgia plays a pivotal role in strengthening our growing presence in the Construction Inspection market throughout the state of Pennsylvania, and she is instrumental to our overall business development.

Georgia’s leadership roles have included Construction Services Coordinator and Project Manager where she has successfully managed inspection services for a variety of prestigious clients, including PennDOT, the PA Turnpike Commission, the City of Pittsburgh, ACAA, and PWSA. Georgia is active in numerous industry organizations including ACEC, WTS, and several ASHE sections. Georgia is an active board member for the Pittsburgh section of ASHE where she also serves as the Chair for the Community Outreach Committee.

Outside of work, Georgia spends her time with her husband and two daughters. Whether they're traveling or enjoying their property at home, they can usually be found in the great outdoors. During the summer months, they spend a lot of their free time in the water and sand at Presque Isle State Park in Erie, PA. They are also a family who loves gardening, foraging, hunting, and fishing.


Jeff Bonacci
Construction Services Manager - Eastern Pennsylvania

With over 33 years of extensive experience in civil engineering and heavy highway construction, Jeff Bonacci is a seasoned expert in managing complex infrastructure projects. He has dedicated more than three decades to the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation, where he specialized in heavy highway construction management, overseeing multi-year projects with budgets ranging from $70 million to over $100 million.

Jeff’s expertise encompasses the construction and reconstruction of multi-lane interstate highways, multi-span bridge structures, interchanges, and overpasses. Notable projects under his leadership include the management of over 20 miles of a four-lane interstate highway reconstruction and 22 bridge structures on Pennsylvania Interstate 84.

His skill set includes construction project management, contract management, staff development and training, construction materials quality control, CPM scheduling, and design constructability reviews. Jeff is also experienced in managing and developing inspection and construction staff, ensuring projects meet both quality standards and timelines.

An avid car enthusiast and hunter, Jeff enjoys spending his free time working on home improvement and landscaping projects to stay active.


Amanda Telego
Accounting Manager

Amanda joined KJ Consulting in 2022 as part of the Construction Support Services team before transitioning into the accounting department, where she advanced her expertise and responsibilities.

As Accounting Manager, she oversees daily accounting operations and financial reporting, supporting efficient processes that keep both projects and the company on track. Her background in construction support provides a well-rounded perspective, enabling her to better serve internal teams and clients.

Outside the office, Amanda enjoys time outdoors with her family and supporting her daughter’s athletic activities.


Bridey Shawgo
Employee Relations Manager

Bridey has 12 years of experience in personnel management and human resources, and we’re thrilled to welcome her knowledge and perspective to KJ. Throughout her career, she has led successful wage and benefit negotiations, while implementing programs and practices that benefit not only the employees, but the workplace as a whole. 
 
She leads employee onboarding, benefits coordination, and ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws, while also providing strong support to our staff.

Bridey lives in the heart of downtown Franklin with her two children and having previously worked in public service, she enjoys participating in local events and takes pride in supporting her community. Outside of work, she loves spending time with family and friends kayaking, hiking, and spending time by the river, along with crocheting and crafting.


Brittany Kryzosiak
Construction Support Services

Brittany began her career in 2003 after earning an associate degree as an Administrative Office Professional. She started as a receptionist for a home health care company before transitioning into the Construction Inspection industry in 2008. Since then, she has held roles as an Administrative Assistant and Executive Assistant within engineering firms, gaining valuable industry experience along the way.

Today, Brittany brings over 15 years of industry knowledge to her role at KJ. Her responsibilities include managing construction inspector resumes, scheduling training, monitoring certifications and offering support with statements of interest & new contract agreements. She also coordinates with consultants and steps in wherever needed to help keep things running smoothly for the team.

When she’s not working, Brittany enjoys spending time with her husband and two children, often on the go between soccer, volleyball & basketball games or enjoying the outdoors fishing & biking with her family.
